Going beyond the bare minimum

Our audit provides a clear picture of your product’s current accessibility status, along with practical, prioritized recommendations to help you move forward with confidence and stay compliant with the new 2025 EU accessibility directive.

This is how we audit your product

An accessibility audit starts with one simple truth, there’s no such thing as an “average” user. Everyone interacts with digital products differently—and accessibility makes sure no one gets left out, no matter their abilities or circumstances. By identifying where things fall short, we help you build a more inclusive, user-friendly, and compliant experience for all.

A person in a black jacket writes on a white notepad with a black pen. The notepad contains the handwritten words “Design UX” and “Development” written vertically. The person has a ring on their left hand and is seated at a dark-colored table.

Why even consider an audit?

An accessibility audit is a crucial step in taking responsibility and ownership of your digital product. By identifying and fixing barriers, you not only do the right thing—you also open your product to a wider audience. In the long run, this inclusivity strengthens your brand, supports compliance, and is simply good for business.

Currently, the EU directive on accessibility is active for all websites (2020) and mobile applications (2021) of public or partly public institutions. These solutions are required to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG) level A and AA.

From June this year a long range of private institutions, namely Phone services, Banking services, E-commerce, Websites, mobile services, electronic tickets and all sources of information for air, bus, rail and waterborne transport services, are required to comply with the WCAG 2.1 level A and AA.

WCAG 2.1 and POUR

Following the WCAG 2.2 guidelines helps ensure your website is accessible, user-friendly, and legally compliant ahead of the EU's 2025 accessibility directive. By aligning with the POUR principles, you create a more inclusive and robust experience for all users.
