Request for sustainable change
We welcome sustainable ideas from all corners of our agency. Because the path to a sustainable future isn’t just management's job – it’s a collective effort.
Everyone can tip in
We’re not the biggest fans of bottlenecks. That's why we're not just encouraging, but actively inviting all our team members to step forward with relevant and actionable ideas that can usher in positive change -be it internally or in regards to our clients and partners.
It's not merely about delegating tasks or lightening the workload. This initiative is rooted in the belief that every employee – whether you're in design, development, or any other division – possesses a unique perspective, potentially holding the key to a positive change we haven’t envisioned.
The request for sustainable change initiative is our first strategic decision that will get the ball rolling while we spend time on fine-tuning our first sustainability report, which is essentially what we’re in the midst of doing right now. The last thing we want to do is stagnate in our ambition to do good.
A process in place
We have implemented a systematic process to ensure every proposal is feasible and in line with what we have set out to achieve. It goes something like this:
Proposal Submission: Outline the nature of the change, its relevance to sustainability, the anticipated impact, desired outcome, and operational plan.
Cost & Risk Analysis: An honest breakdown of the required resources, investments, and potential risks associated with the change.
Responsibility Allocation: Once approved, a point person will be assigned for implementation, based on the nature of the initiative.
From paper to practice
Our commitment goes beyond just approval. Once a proposal gets the green light, we’re investing in it wholeheartedly. Be it through resources, time, or any other required means, we'll ensure that the idea transitions smoothly from paper to practice. Several proposals have already been submitted and approved:
“We're excited about this initiative contributing to the ongoing cultural shift that is already underway within our agency.”Anders Skov Pape, Creative Director
Our request for sustainable change initiative has gotten the ball rolling collectively and we can’t wait to share with you what future changes are going to be realized.
