Welcome home, Balder

Balder is a company that creates homes, offering more than 4.000 rental properties primarily in Copenhagen and its surroundings. They aim to provide an easy everyday life for tenants by fostering socially cohesive communities, with on-site staff, resident events, and pet-friendly policies, embodying their "Balderhjerte" philosophy.

This collaboration aims to design a new digital main site (balder.dk) that will significantly enhance the experience for both Balder's business and their customers.

Our focus will be on delivering a modern, recognizable, and trustworthy digital presence that strengthens Balder's brand and increases conversion rates and lead generation. We will establish a flexible tech setup with a new CMS to optimize the user journey, ensuring an improved and intuitive experience for potential and existing tenants. 

This project will highlight Balder’s unique commitment to fostering socially cohesive communities and their dedicated in-house presence at properties. We’re excited to get started in crafting a business-critical solution that’s both fast and flexible, supporting Balder in being active and engaging throughout the tenant’s journey. This project also aligns with our mission to create a positive impact on people (and pets!) and the planet by strengthening Balder's focus on "creating homes".

We kicked off the collaboration last week, working together on giving Balder a new website that feels like them. That feels like home. Stay tuned for more to come.
