A new digital platform

It must be easy to use Information”. that’s the vision for Informations new app if yous ask Stine Carsten Kendal, CEO at Information. With the app, Information emphasises the auditive experience and the user experience by making it possible to listen to journalistic content.

“Right now, one of the most important tasks for Information is to make our journalism accessible for those who want to experience it, regardless where they are. The new app will be an important element in the customer journey as a whole and should secure users the best experience with the digital version of Information,” says Stine Carsten Kendal.

To help bring the vision to life, Information has established a collaboration with Adapt and we will be developing the media outlet’s new digital platform.

Apart from strengthening Information’s digital presence and the user experience for readers and listeners, the goal for the app is to make it easier to start using Information and to increase the consumption of journalistic content. Furthermore, it is a success criteria for Information as well as Adapt to increase the retention of trial subscriptions, who continue with a paid subscription. The app plays a part in this as subscribers will have Information in their pockets at all times. In combination with an improved user experience, this will give new readers a better introduction to the newspaper.

We’ve just kicked off the collaboration and the app is expected to go live in April 2022.
