New Client Lederne to set a sustainable course for the future of leadership
Climate, health, equality and education are just a handful of the areas that require actionable leadership if we are to realize our hopes for a sustainable future. We’re happy to announce that we have teamed up with Lederne on a new digital project.
Precisely leadership is critical when it comes to setting a sustainable agenda and direction for people, businesses and society going forward. Through speech and action. And with the help of digital.
Lederne is Denmark’s largest professional organization and employment union for business management and leadership. They offer advocacy on education, networking, career advice and legal support for people who lead people. Currently, they have more than 130.000 members.
Lead sustainable in the future
With Lederne’s new model for sustainable leadership they aim to equip leaders with a tangible framework for practicing sustainable leadership out in the real world. Leaders have the ability to impact the course towards a socially, economically and environmentally lasting future by taking and delegating responsibility and setting a great example for others. With the help of digital we can bring the thinking around this framework to life and strengthen leaders’ competencies to lead by example.
We are joining forces with Lederne in the creation and development of the first of many new tools which empower exactly that. Aimed for the current and future members of Lederne and leaders of the future.
