The New MOTORIDER: A Webshop Remake
MOTORIDER is known as one of Lithuania's premier e-shops for four-wheeler enthusiasts. They offer a vast selection of ATVs, motorcycles, and accessories, along with top-notch servicing, prioritizing meeting its customers' needs by providing a diverse range of products, quick delivery, and extensive inventory management.
We are delighted that our client chose us for a complete website remake.
The Challenge
The challenge was to have an updated, easier-to-maintain e-commerce platform that would seamlessly import more than 15,000 products and their various information from the TSM business management system, as well as export order-related information, on an appropriate schedule. Another part of the challenge concerns the optimal solution, taking into account costs and the reuse of existing solutions.
Expand inventory sales to different European countries;
Create a high-quality and fast platform;
Update the branding and overall design of the platform;
Solve product import problems.
The Process
REBRANDING AND REDESIGN
We started with the most critical tasks - updating the mobile and desktop versions.
IMPROVED FUNCTIONALITY
Improved and well-working integration with the TSM business management system.
REFINED PAYMENT FLEXIBILITY
Implemented diverse payment methods: e-banking, card payments, and leasing options.
MULTILINGUAL SETUP
Implemented a multilingual setup with three languages to meet the needs of the Baltic states market.
The Solution
The site has been rebranded, redesigned, and developed using the Sylius platform. With the relaunch of the website, more great features have been realized:
Significantly improved website loading speed.
The website is now mobile-friendly.
Improved and well-working integration with the TSM business management system based on a strict import schedule, from where product, price, stock, category, document, etc., information is being imported to the website, and the order-related information is exported.
Various payment methods have been implemented for customers - e-banking (integrations with Paysera, Klix), card payments (Klix), and, for the convenience of customers, we have introduced leasing payment methods - Klix and Mokilizingas integrations.
Several promotions, integrations, and features have been implemented, such as Gift card purchases and application, and category promotions, all based on an integration with the TSM system.
