Using think-aloud tests and data to increase revenue for Denmark's leading electronic reseller
We're excited to announce that the leading electronic reseller, Bluecity, has chosen Adapt as their Conversion Optimization partner. We will be helping them optimize their website and conduct digital experiments in search of better user experiences and higher conversion rates.
In the first project, we are using think-aloud tests and quantitative data analysis to unlock the target groups’ barriers to purchase. All data sources and insights are later merged into a strategic Conversion Optimization roadmap which describes new hypothesis and potential solutions to increase revenue.
Going forward, we will work with Bluecity to execute and analyze digital experiments using data and split testing to determine the development of the website.
