Adapt LT is bringing AI to the law — a new-generation legal-act analysis system
For years, the Adapt LT team has built digital and software solutions for clients around the world. Today we're taking a bold step - from building for clients to building a product. It's an initiative we're proud of: turning the AI expertise we've accumulated into a real, market-ready product. The idea and the driving force behind it is our AI engineer, Deividas Pekūnas.
The challenge we're solving
Legislation changes constantly, and its volume grows by the day. Finding the current version of a legal act, understanding what has changed, and being sure you’re relying on a provision that’s still in force takes time and carries real risk of error – especially for businesses and organisations without a legal team of their own.
Our solution
We’re building an AI-powered system that makes legal information instantly accessible and genuinely understandable. It automatically gathers and structures legal acts, lets you compare different versions in an instant, and finds exactly what you need – not just by keyword, but by meaning. Instead of hours spent digging through documents, a clear answer in seconds.
Who it’s for
Businesses, public-sector organisations and legal professionals will be able to make decisions faster, with more confidence and less risk of error. We believe such product will make Lithuanian legal information more accessible than ever before.
Funding
The project “AI-based system for legal-act processing, version comparison and semantic search” (No. 02-124-K-0154) is co-funded by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) under measure No. 05-001-01-05-05 “Encouraging enterprises to digitalise,” call “Development of AI solutions.” The project has been allocated up to €137,941.94.
