QA Test Specialist

Are you passionate about digital product development, software quality, and quality assurance? Do you have a keen eye for detail along with the ability to see software as part of a more extensive system? Do you generally dream of making the digital world a better and more fun place? Then our Copenhagen office is looking for you!

About the position

In the UX department, we have the past year experienced great success in our employment of QA test student assistants. We now want to take our QA and testing processes to the next level, which is why we are looking for our first full-time QA Test Specialist. You will therefore greatly help shape the future direction of software quality and testing in Adapt.

The role requires a certain degree of independence, where you help define test processes from planning to release. You have some years of experience in professional software test management. You are good at communicating and presenting your ideas. You enjoy working with people. You are willing to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table.

You will be part of various agile project teams with developers, UX specialists, and designers. In these, you must both be part of the development of new products and also take part in the maintenance of existing solutions.

As a test specialist, we also expect you to join a constructive dialogue with the developers and use your experience to support both experienced and recent graduates.

You, you, you

Our requirements for tech stack are constantly changing. We don’t have a set of requirements as to what we are expecting of you within specific technologies. But, we do expect that you have the courage to continue down the path we have paved. We imagine, you’ll be able to tick mark most of these items:

  • You have a few years of experience with quality and function tests

  • You have ideas for how the QA process is best structured

  • You have a systematic and structured approach to your work

  • You are used to dialogue and collaboration with developers and have some technical understanding

  • You have experience with agile processes

  • You like working in a collaborative environment where open and honest discussions are an essential part of the way we solve problems

  • You speak and write English at a high level
